Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

Our team will review all requests and respond within 7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items

  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, including beauty and personal care products.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
